Nestled within the peaceful hills of Diamond Valley, Diamond Creek Care Community is located 23km north-east of Melbourne's CBD, and close to the local shops, cafes and train station. We offer beautiful living spaces in a modern yet homely environment with personalised care delivered by our experienced team. Our sunny courtyards and well-appointed lounge areas are designed for indoor and outdoor living, ideal for spending time with loved ones and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Care at Diamond Creek

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Mum's dementia was exposed in Sept 2023 after a stroke, and with co-morbidities, and VCAT guardianship appointment during extended hospitalisation her care needs and memory support were accepted by Diamond Creek Care Community in Jan 2024. Brilliant care staff, nursing and management at this site.

I was invited to the Christmas lunch yesterday, even though my husband died a few months ago. It was just a wonderful happening with family and friends of the residents. the decorations were so lovely so were the staff and as usual the food was great. It was hart warming, thanks Sandra

My husband has been in this home for 4 months now.I had seen quite a few homes before I choose this facility. He has dementia and he doesn't speak any English anymore, so you can imagine how tricky that is. We had some incidents in the beginning, which is to be expected. But the wonderful thing is that you can talk about it and they do everything they can to improve and educate the staff. The food is really good, best afternoon teas ! and also if the residents or family want something it is made possible.Huge surprise for his birthday, they had decorated the room for him and made it so festive.I thought I would struggle far more with him in a facility but I am very happy how he is and feel part of the larger family. So can truly recommend this home. kind regards Sandra Verdam
